FIVE NOVELS MONTHLY, June 1932
This title—first published by Clayton and, from late 1933 onward, by Dell—published five complete novellas per issue, each from a different genre to maintain variety. The writers were rarely top-notchers but delivered consistently entertaining if unmemorable yarns. Cover art and interior illos by Stephen Waite. Condition: Very Good. A substantially intact and collectable copy, but well-worn with numerous minor flaws. Spine and covers are complete but have tears, creases (especially to back cover) and some dust soiling. Text block is cream to lightly yellowed and supple, although there’s some shallow chipping to the first ten or so pages. An average-condition copy but still worth having.
