A high-grade issue of this Munsey/Red Star pulp, a companion to Famous Fantastic Mysteries. Both reprinted classic SF stories from the early Munsey pulps like Argosy, All-Story and Cavalier. Number Two reprints Ray Cummings’ “People of the Golden Atom” and A. Merritt’s “Through the Dragon Glass.” Cover and interior illustrations by the great Frank R. Paul. Condition: Very Fine Minus or Fine Plus, take your pick. Very minor edgewear to front cover (see scan). Complete and bright white spine. Clean white back cover with light scuff to upper right edge (near spine). Text block is off-white to very lightly yellowed, and supple. A lovely copy overall.
