DOUBLE-ACTION DETECTIVE, October 1938, first issue

As a rule Columbia’s Double-Action pulps were nothing to write home about, but this first issue has a better-than-average author lineup and a nifty cover. Condition: Fine to Very Fine, the only real defect (a minor one) being a faint crease on the front cover’s bottom right. Otherwise a clean, tight, bright, glossy pulp with lightly yellowed text block. A beauty!
