A French army officer accidentally finds a lost civilization under the Sahara Desert. He falls under the spell of its exotic queen, descended from the rulers of Atlantis. This copy is the American first edition, translated by Mary C. Tongue and Mary Ross. Condition: Good/Very Good.  The edges of the cloth covers are worn, otherwise the book is nice and tight with no interior markings or other issues. A rare piece.
