FUTURE SCIENCE FICTION, July-August 1950, all-star lineup

This Columbia/Double Action SF pulp was among the better products of the long-running line. At this point it was edited by Robert A. W. “Doc” Loundes, who used his influence among genre fans and professionals to obtain better stories and art than the notoriously cheap company would normally get. The authors herein include Lester del Rey, Fritz Leiber Jr., Murray Leinster, George O. Smith, Bryce Walton, and Judith Merril. Illustrations by Virgil Finlay, Lawrence Sterne Stevens, and Milton Luros. GGA cover by Earle Bergey. If you only need one issue of FUTURE for your collection, this is the one.  Condition: slightly tattered overhangs due to off-center cover binding, otherwise a solid Fine with very lightly yellowed pages.

PRICE INCLUDES SHIPPING AND HANDLING TO DOMESTIC U.S. BUYERS.
