AMAZING STORIES, June 1943, scarce wartime issue

This issue boasts a lineup of editor Ray Palmer’s loyal standbys, including Robert Moore Williams, Don Wilcox, Emil Petaja, and Festus Pragnell, not counting the pseudonymous authors such as P. F. Costello.  The illustrators are also the usual suspects for Amazing at this time: H. W. Macauley, Rod Ruth, Robert Fuqua, and Julian Krupa. There’s nothing particularly noteworthy about this jumbo-sized (208 pages) number except that, for whatever reason, it turns up less frequently than other wartime issues of Amazing. I couldn’t tell you why, but that’s the way it is. Condition is Very Good Plus to Near Fine. Covers and spine are complete and bright, with minor edge tears and nicks. Inside paper is very lightly and evenly yellowed but extremely soft and supple.

PRICE INCLUDES SHIPPING AND HANDLING TO DOMESTIC U. S. BUYERS. ALASKAN, HAWAIIAN, AND INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PAY EXTRA ACCORDING TO WEIGHT AND DESTINATION.
